Multi-Tiered Leadership Development

"I have found my work here to be extremely exciting simply because it is so unusual that someone as young as I is able to hold so much responsibility," wrote Michelle Bentivegna, an MIT undergraduate now starting Teach for America.

Learning Unlimited supports over 100 university students as program leaders and over 800 as program teachers, who in turn develop skills and leadership in teaching over 6000 middle and high school students each year.

Developing College Student Leaders

For a college student, leading a program for hundreds or even thousands of people is virtually unheard of. Learning Unlimited provides the resources and mentoring to make these programs a success. With Learning Unlimited's help, college students design and lead their own independent programs. They develop real leadership and entrepreneurship skills while doing something profoundly valuable.

Developing College Student Teachers

College students teach what they're passionate about at Learning Unlimited programs. They design their own courses in a low-stress environment with teaching support to help them succeed. They gain presentation skills, critical thinking skills, and a first exposure to teaching that is fun and high-energy.
